Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, visuals, code) belongs to Ethan Jallet, unless stated otherwise (third-party brand logos used for illustrative purposes in the skills section). Any reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

Personal data (GDPR)

The contact and resume request forms collect: name, email address, and depending on the form, the message subject or company/reason for the request.

Purpose: to respond to your request, send you the requested resume.
Legal basis: consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form.
Recipient: Ethan Jallet only (private notification on a personal Discord server, no email is ever sent).
Retention period: as long as needed to process the request, then deleted.
Your rights: access, correction and deletion at any time, by emailing [email protected].

When a form is submitted, your IP address is also temporarily retained (10 minutes maximum) for the sole purpose of limiting abusive submissions, then automatically deleted.

No data is sold, shared with third parties for commercial purposes, or used for advertising.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. A language preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage), for strictly functional purposes, with no transmission to a third party.

Cloudflare may set technical cookies strictly necessary for the site's anti-bot protection (e.g. __cf_bm), exempt from consent due to their security purpose. These cookies are not used for advertising tracking or audience analytics.

Third-party links and services

The site includes links to third-party services (Discord, LinkedIn, GitHub, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, X). Ethan Jallet is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these services, which are governed by their own terms.

This site and this legal notice are governed by French law.
